There is no formal qualification gained at the end of the course but your learner journey is assessed through a personal learning plan that logs your journey from start to finish. This is completed by the learner and tutor.
If you are wanting to apply for office work the level 1 iTQ will enable you to use the basic skills in word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software in Microsoft Office 10. In today’s job market these skills are invaluable to both you and your potential employer.
You will gain an OCN Level 1 award in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint, the City and Guilds entry qualification in employability skills.
Need a qualification to get work? Come and learn in-depth about Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Build on your previous learning and help yourself get the job you always wanted. This course includes the key ICT skills needed to work in an office environment.
You will gain an OCN Level 2 certificate in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Improving Productivity and gain the City and Guilds level 1 qualification in employability skills.
This is a short course for learners who have used Excel before and understand how to work in a spreadsheet environment. The course will look at how to create a simple home budget and use formulae including a macro to automate how you work in Excel.
